1. Monitoring
Under Dashboard, make sure the graph is running and updated to the current GMT Time.

2. Hourly Monitoring
✓ via Portal
✓ via Email
SMS Portal -> Go to Support -> Message Search


After the results come out:
1. Look at the latest record of the column Sent Date Time " it must be the current GMT time or not far from the current GMT time.

Look at the column MNP-P, if it is FallbackPrefix " inform us ASAP based on the Escalation List of Network Issues

3. Look at the column DLR, if it is ALL NOT GREEN(Red or YELLOW or other color) -> inform us ASAP based on the Escalation List of Network Issues
